自发性脑出血术后分娩并发产后出血1例报道 被引量：2

摘要 妊娠合并自发性脑出血是一种可危及孕妇、胎儿生命的严重并发症，临床发病率较低，临床医师的诊治经验较少，处理棘手。重庆市急救医疗中心收治1例自发性脑出血术后分娩并发产后出血，经积极抢救治疗，患者病情平稳出院，现报道如下。
