摘要
简介了ICP—AES法测量低合金钢中镍含量的不确定度评定方法，对GB／T20125-2006《低合金钢多元素测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》中镍含量测定结果的不确定度产生的原因进行了分析，建立了不确定度的评定步骤和一般的评定方法，可用于日常检测结果的不确定度评定。
The evaluation of the uncertainty of ICP-AES method in determining Ni content in low- alloy steel was introduced. The Ni contents were measured according to GB/T 20125--2006 《Low- alloy steel-determination of multi-element contents-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric method》. The causes of the uncertainty of the measured results were analyzed. A general evaluation method was established, which can be used to assess the uncertainty of the daily measured results.
