介绍了Lasertec超高温共聚焦显微镜的结构及工作原理，并对常见典型故障进行了分析，同时对设备维护提出了具体建议。
The structure and operational principle of Lasertec ultra-high temperature confocalmicroscope were introduced. The common typical failures were analyzed, and suggestions forequipment maintenance were put forward.
