摘要
文中采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了20T挖掘机铲斗油缸活塞杆用Y形密封圈的二维轴对称模型,对其在不同油压下的接触面接触压力进行了分析,得到了油压对Y形密封圈接触面最大接触压力的影响,并对Y形密封圈的可靠性进行了研究。
We created a two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the Y-ring firstly in finite element analysis software ANSYS, which is used in the rod seal of the 20T excavator bucket cylinder. By analyzing the contact pressure at different hydraulic ,we got the effect of hydraulic to the Y-ring maximum contact pressure. Studies have showed that: the maximum contact pressure of the Y-ring and the hydraulic are ahnost linear. Then the reliability of the Y-ring was studied. The results showed that: the reliability of this Y-ring seal is86.8 %, when the r hydraulic pressure is 34.3MPa,Besides, from the sensitivity of random factors to detss, we know that the three biggest factors which affected the reliability are Y-ring product height and the inner diameter of the lip, and also the inner diameter of the roots.
