摘要
燃料运输是第二次世界大战后中国经济重建的重要基础之一。在国内战乱和政府赤字的环境下,自1945年10月的上海开始,一个向战后各工业城市供应煤炭的运输系统逐步建立起来,并历经机构裁撤与调整,一直维持运转到1949年5月。煤炭供应问题为中国战后经济的讨论开辟了新的面相,并试图修正以往研究中对战后"国统区经济"的消极印象。由此,对中国战后经济重建的研究将突破战后政治军事局势的问题框架,回到自身逻辑并与新中国的经济与工业化探讨进行衔接。
Fuel transportation was one of the foundations for economic reconstruction in postwar China.With circumstances of domestic war and financial deficit,a transportation system of coal supply for industrial cities had been built gradually,experiencing abolishment and adjustment,and kept working till May in 1949.The issue about coal supply widens the horizon of discussion on Chinese postwar economy and provides a revision concerning the negative impressions on economy of the KMT-ruled area from previous studies.Therefore,the study may break through the research framework of postwar situation about politics and military,then return to its own logical track and continuously discuss under the topic on economy and industrialization of P.R.China.
