摘要
针对传统的整地机械需要多次入地、工作效率低等问题,设计研发了一种新型偏置加压联合整地机。在结构设计上该机对整地耙片进行了改进,使每个耙片单元设计成独立结构,并利用液压和扭簧进行加压确保耙地相应深度,同时还可以越过一些石块等障碍,提高其越障能力。
Aiming at the problems that traditional soil preparation mechinery need to enter the famaland repeatedly and low work efficiency, we developed a new type of offset pressing combined soil preparation machine. In structure design of this machine, we improved the structure of the harrow disk, On this machine, each harrow disk unit is designed into an independent structure, to ensure the harrowing depth, we designed the pressing hydraulic torsion spring. Through this optimization, this machine can go across some stones and other obstacles, the obstacle surmounting ability of the whole machine is improved.
