摘要
玉米脱粒装置是自走式玉米籽粒收获机的重要组成部分。玉米籽粒收获机脱粒装置田间作业环境复杂和作业载荷变化较大。玉米脱粒装置由于喂入量的不同、田间地面不平整、脱粒滚筒周期性转动和抖动筛曲柄转动产生的震动等容易引起机架和脱粒滚筒的共振,机架的受力变化较大且复杂。本文采用Solid Works2016对玉米脱粒装置机架和脱粒滚筒进行建模,然后导入ANSYS workbench17.0中进行模态分析,分析出固有频率,振型特征云图和最大振动变形量,测算出其振动特性,有效避免共振的发生,为以后的产品设计奠定基础、提供依据和数据参考。
Threshing device is an important part of self-propelled corn harvester. The complex field working environment leads to big change of load fluctuation.Due to the different feeding amount,the unevenness of ground,and the resonance results from periodic rotation of threching cylinder and rotation of shaking sieve crank ,the stress change of flame is large and complex. In this paper ,we estalished the model of fi-ame and threshing cylinder through solidworks 2016,and import the model into Ansys Workbech 17.0 to analyze the natural frequency,vibration characteristics nephogram and maximum vibration deformation,and then caculated its vibraton characteristics in oeder to avoid resonance effectively to lay a foundation for further product design and to provide basis and data for it.
