近年来,随着经济发展进入新常态,人才供给与需求关系发生了深刻的变化,高等教育结构性矛盾更加突出,人才培养的同质化与区域、行业发展的需求愈来愈难以对接。地方应用型高校可通过建构"交互式"教学模式,以服务区域、行业发展为导向,以提高学生对地方文化经济认知以及提升学生综合能力为出发点,将地方文化与课堂教学相融合、将课堂教学与第二课堂相融合、将产学研相融合,已达到人才供给侧改革的目的。
