摘要
为了完善电子白板的性能,达到降低生产及售后成本的目的,设计一款基于电磁感应原理的电子白板传感器。传感器根据线性关系进行计算,改善原有电子白板画出的线条不直、不连续等问题。采用多环路绕线规则替代原有的单环路绕线规则,系统扫描芯片数量降低85%、传感器焊点数量降低94%。电磁感应式电子白板传感器设计实现了板卡分离,极大地降低了生产及售后成本。
This paper is an attempt to improve the performance of lectromagnetic whiteboard and reduce the costs of both production and After-sales service by designing a kind of sensor based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The sensor works by performing calculation according to the linear relation and overcoming the problems inherent in original whiteboards, the lines drawn are neither straight nor continuous. The use of polycyclic winding mode instead of the Single circuit winding mode gives an 85% reduction in the number of IC, and a 94% reduction in the solder joints of sensor. Electromagnetic induction type electronic whiteboard sensor is so designed that control card is separate from whiteboard, a significant reduction in the costs of both production and After-sales service.
