摘要
利用太空特殊环境对植物的诱变作用,选择4个紫花苜蓿品种(德福、德宝、阿尔冈金、三得利)进行航天搭载太空诱变,以回归地面种植的第一代(SP1)为研究对象,通过田间表型性状变异研究,初步确定了6类变异类型;通过变异集团分类及单株优选,优选出6类变异集团57株变异单株(速生单株17株、分枝强单株11株、大叶单株4株、多叶单株6株、叶色变浓单株5株、抗逆单株14株),为紫花苜蓿新品种的选育提供形态学依据和种质材料。
By using the mutation effect of space special environment on plant, four alfalfas were selected to board on spacecraft for mutation. Taking the test materials of seed cultivation SP 1 generation as the research object, we found 6 types of mutation after field observation of phenotypic variation. By means of further group classification and single optimization, we selected 57 variation plants such as fast-growing plants ( 17), dwarfing-strong branch plants ( 11 ), big area plants (4), multifoliate plants (6), leaf color deeped plants (5), and stress resistance plants (14). The research would provide a morphological basement and the germplasm resources to the further breeding of new alfalfa cuhivar.
