兴义鸭MEF2A基因mRNA在组织中表达研究 被引量:1

The mRNA expression of MEF2A genes in different tissues of Xingyi duck

摘要 运用RT-PCR和qRT-PCR对兴义鸭NEF2A基因在不同组织中的表达量进行探究。结果表明,心、肝、肺、肾、十二指肠、大脑、胸肌、腿肌、肌胃、腺胃共10个组织中均检测到了MEF2A基因mRNA的表达,说明该基因属于广谱表达基因;同时,还发现该基因呈依赖性组织表达,大脑中的表达量最高,消化器官中表达量相对最低,如肌胃和腺胃。研究结果为兴义鸭组织表达谱构建奠定了基础。 The aim of this study was to explore the expression of the NEF2A gene in different tissues in Xingyi duck by RT-PCR and qRT- PCR techniques. The results showed that the NEF2A gene was a broad spectrum of expressed genes, because the expression of MEF2A gene mRNA was detected in the 10 tissues in the experiment, including heart, liver, lung, kidney, duodenal, brain, chest, leg muscle, muscle stomach and glandular stomach. The expression pattern of the MEF2A gene was tissue-dependent. Therefore, these results provide the basis for the construction of tissue expression profiles in Xingyi ducks.
