家兔皮肤和毛囊发育规律的研究

Study on Development Regularity of the Skin and Hair Follicle of Rabbits

本试验旨在探讨家兔皮肤及其毛囊组织形态的发育规律。取2、4、5月龄家兔的皮肤样本,制成石蜡切片,进行H.E.染色。结果显示:2月龄家兔毛囊、表皮、真皮处于分化生长期,4月龄家兔皮肤组织基本趋于发育完全,5月龄毛囊发育进入休止期;4、5月龄家兔表皮、真皮层皮肤发育差异不大;从毛囊形态上来看,家兔毛根和毛乳头不明显,毛干与毛囊结合不紧密,这可能是家兔毛易掉的主要原因。

To observe the skin and hair follicle morphological characters in rabbits at different developmental stages, the skin tissues from the 2,4,5 months of age, and paraffin sections were made, then stained with H.E. ways. The results showed the hair follicle, epidermis and dermis belonged to differentiation proliferative phases from at the age of 2 months. The skin tissue has tended towards stability at the age of 4 months, and the hair follicle belonged to differentiation telogen phases fully at the age of 5 months.There is not much difference between epidermis and dermis of 4 and 5 months old rabbit.The radix pili and papilla pili of rabbit is not obvious. It is maybe the main reason of hair fall out that the scapus pill is not closely with the hair follicle of rabbit.
