獭兔皮肤真菌病和体表脓包的相关性观察

Rex Rabbit Dermatomycosis and Surface Pustules of Observation

在某獭兔场的20幢兔舍中,分别观察仔兔舍1幢25日龄仔兔、幼兔舍4幢70日龄幼兔,以及全场的繁殖母兔、种公兔,统计皮肤真菌病和体表脓包的发病率、病灶数,间隔45天后重复观察一次。结果显示仔兔的皮肤真菌病和体表脓包的发病率具有相关性;幼兔、育成兔的相关性不强;繁殖母兔的皮肤真菌病发病率显著低于体表脓包的发病率。表明仔兔的皮肤对两个病的易感性均较强。各年龄阶段的獭兔,只要皮肤受损,皮肤化脓感染率均较高。而被毛完整的兔子,皮肤真菌病的发病率比体表脓包低。在家兔饲养管理过程中,保持皮肤的完整性,选用柔软的垫料、优良笼具,降低幼兔的密度,对预防体表真菌病和体表脓包的发生有重要意义。

There were 70 days young rabbit in 4 rabbitry and 25 days baby rabbit in 1 rabbitry and the breeding female rabbit and male rabbit in 20 rabbitry of one Rex rabbit farm which were statistics morbidity and infected rate of dermatomycosis, surface pustule, and interval 45 days to repeat survey once. The result showed the corre- lation of morbidity both dermatomycosis and surface pustule in young bunny, but young rabbit and breed rabbit was not. The morbidity of dermatomycosis was much lower than surface pustule in breeding female rabbit. The young rabbit was susceptibility with two diseases. There was high rate of skin purulency with any damaged skin at different age of rex rabbit but the dermatomycosis was lower than surface pustule in good clothing hair rabbit. Keeping skin completeness was important on rabbit breeding and management, and selected soft padding materials, good cage, and lower density feeding of young rabbit. It was significance to prevent of dermatomycosis and surface pustule.
