侧卧位直接前方入路行全髋关节置换术的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 直接前方入路(direct anterior approach,DAA)行全髋关节置换手术是一种微创的手术方法,其为阔筋膜张肌与缝匠肌间隙入路,不损伤周围肌肉组织及后外侧稳定结构,具有损伤小、术后关节功能恢复快、防脱位能力强等优点.既往的DAA行全髋关节置换手术采用仰卧位,往往需要特殊的手术床和繁琐的消毒步骤,解放军沈阳军区总医院骨科采用侧卧位DAA全髋关节置换手术取得了良好的效果.现就该技术目前的相关研究进展作一概述.
