摘要
目的识别和分析无头带钢生产线(ESP)的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其控制效果,提出改进措施,保护劳动者健康。方法根据该项目职业病危害的特点,通过职业卫生现场调查、职业危害因素检测等方法收集数据资料,并结合采取的工程技术措施,对作业人员职业病危害因素接触水平进行评价。结果 ESP存在的主要职业病危害因素包括粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温,本次检测粉尘长时间接触浓度0.42~0.67 mg/m^3、短时间接触浓度0.37~1.77 mg/m^3;一氧化碳长时间接触浓度1.110~1.285 mg/m^3、短时间接触浓度0.94~1.40 mg/m^3;噪声强度72.5~84.3 dB、高温26.9~31.4℃,以上危害因素检测结果全部符合职业卫生接触限值,防护设施性能参数符合要求。结论通过对职业危害因素的检测和分析,该ESP防护设施运行有效,应重点加强关键控制点的职业卫生管理,确保岗位工人的职业健康。
[Objective] To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors endless strip production line(ESP),evaluate the ef fect of control measures against occupational hazards,propose improvement measures,and protect laborers' health.[Methods]According to the characteristics of the occupational hazards in this project,the data were collected through the field occupational health investigation and occupational hazard factors detection,and the level of workers exposed to occupational hazard factors were evaluated by combining with the engineering control measures.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in ESP were dust,carbon monoxide,noise and high temperature. The long time and short time exposure concentration of dust was0.42-0.67 mg/m^3 and 0.37-1.77 mg/m^3 respectively,and those of carbon monoxide was 1.110-1.285 mg/m^3 and 0.94-1.40 mg/m^3 respectively,the noise intensity was 72.5-84.3 dB,and the value of high temperature was 26.9-31.4 ℃. The concentration and intensity of above occupational hazards met the occupational health exposure limits,and the parameters of the protective facilities were in accordance with the requirements.[Conclusion]By the detection and analysis on occupational hazard factors,the protective facilities of ESP are feasible and effective. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health management of critical control points to ensure the workers' health.
