工作场所百菌清不同采样介质的采集效率研究

Study on the collection efficiency of chlorothalonil with different sampling media in workplace

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中百菌清的高效率采集方法。方法采用聚氨酯采样管在空气中采集空气样品,环己烷溶剂解吸,采用气相色谱法定量测定百菌清的含量。结果该方法百菌清的检出限是0.01 mg/L,最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/m^3(以采样15 L空气样品计);相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.4%,平均解析效率为88%,聚氨酯采样管的穿透容量为124μg,样品在室温条件下可保存1 d。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中百菌清的测定。 [Objective] To establish an efficient acquisition method of chlorothalonil in the workplace air.[Methods] The workplace air was collected with polyurethane sampling tube,desorbed with cyclohexane solvent. The quantitative determination was used to determine the content of chlorothalonil by gas phase chromatography. [Results]The limit of detection was 0.01 mg/L,the concentration limit was 0.01 mg/m-3(sampling of 15 L air). The relative standard deviations were 1.5%-4.4%. The average desorption efficiencies were 88%,the penetration capacity of the polyurethane sampling tube was 124 μg,samples could be stored at room temperature for 1 d.[Conclusion]The method is feasible for determination of chlorothalonil in the workplace air.
