连续油管分簇射孔技术发展现状 被引量:11

摘要 介绍了国内外连续油管分簇射孔技术最新发展动态,主要有以下四种方式:连续油管内置光纤或电缆的分簇射孔技术;采用连续油管点火传爆系统的分簇射孔技术;采用倒计时或脉冲压力激发的智能点火头的连续油管分簇射孔技术;采用智能点火头和压控开关组合的连续油管分簇射孔技术。通过对国内外技术现状的分析,提出了我国今后在页岩气等非常规油气开发中连续油管分簇射孔的发展方向。 The developing course and current situation of coiled-tubing-conveyed cluster perforating technology are introduced, which include the coming 4 types: 1 ) coiled-tubing-conveyed cluster perforating technology with buih-in optical fiber or wire line, 2) cluster perforating technology with coiled tubing booster ignition system, 3 ) coiled-tubing-conveyed cluster perforating technology with eFire electronic firing head system excited by countdown or pressure pulse, and 4) coiled-tubing-conveyed cluster perforating technology with eFire electronic firing head system and pressure operated switch. By analyzing the current situation of this technology domestic and abroad, the development trend of coiled-tubing-conveyed cluster perforating technology is put forward for the unconventional oil and gas development such as shale gas and so on.
