摘要
为了实现工作稳定、超低噪声、耐高温的电源滤波电路,设计了一种基于达林顿三极管的滤波电路。详细分析了该电路中三极管的静态工作点,并基于PSPICE仿真对该电路进行了温度扫描分析、参数扫描分析、滤波分析等。实践表明,该电路具有较好的电容倍增器的作用,从而实现了极好的电源滤波效果,达到了设计要求。
One filter circuit based on Darlington transistor was designed to realize a stable power supply filter circuit with low noise under the condition of high temperature. The circuit in the transistor quiescent operating point was analyzed in detail, and the circuit was analyzed by temperature scanning, parameter sweep and filtering analysis. The results showed that the circuit has good capacitance multiplier effect and an excellent power supply filtering effect, which meet the design requirements.
