摘要 针对环空测井密闭防喷装置存在的不易安装与测井仪下井困难等问题,研制了液压推进式可拆卸防喷装置;使用液压推进技术,改进井口连接装置。结合现场实验和数十井次测井,该装置可以在抽油机正常生产压力下实现环空测井,并且达到了密闭测井要求。选取两口井进行实验,对比密闭和非密闭测井环境下的产出剖面资料的差异性,分析井内流量变化和压力变化,得出井内压力变化对测井结果的影响。证实了密闭式环空测井的重要性,即密闭测井过程与油井生产环境一致,从而得到更加准确的产出剖面资料。 In view of the problems of the blowout preventer (BOP) being not easy to be installed and the logging instruments being difficult to go down during closed annular logging, tile hydraulic propulsion demountable BOP was developed. The wellhead conner'lion device was improved by using the hydraulic propulsion technology. Closed annular logging can be realized by lhe device, with the pump being al the normal production pressure. The difference of production profile data in closed and nnn-elosed logging conditions was compared in low wells, and the change of flow and pressure in the wells was analyzed, and the influence of well pressure variation on logging was obtained. The impnrtance of closed annular logging is demonstrated. The closed logging process is consistent with the, oil well production condition, and production profile data can be obtained nlore aecurately.
