干细胞转录因子Sox2、Oct4在肺癌组织中表达及与肿瘤微淋巴管的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察干细胞转录因子Sox2、Oct4在肺癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨二者与肿瘤微淋巴管的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测60例肺癌组织及其相应正常肺组织中Sox2、Oct4蛋白表达、D-240标记的微淋巴管密度(LMVD)。结果肺癌组织中Sox2、Oct4蛋白阳性表达率、LMVD与正常肺组织比较,P均<0.05。Sox2、Oct4蛋白阳性表达及LMVD均与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移、肝转移有关(P均<0.05),此外Sox2、Oct4蛋白阳性表达还与肿瘤病理类型有关(P均<0.05)。肺癌组织中Sox2、Oct4蛋白阳性表达者LMVD与阴性者比较,P均<0.05。结论 Sox2、Oct4在肺癌组织中呈现高表达,二者可能共同参与了肺癌组织微淋巴管的生成、浸润及淋巴道转移。
