创客视角下高校个性化创新创业教育实施策略研究 被引量:35

Research on the Implementation Strategy of Personalized Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges from the Perspective of Maker

摘要 随着"大众创业,万众创新"的兴起,创客运动在我国蓬勃发展,创客运动与教育领域的碰撞孕育了社会创新教育的新范式——创客教育。在创客运动背景下,如何有效地开展高校个性化创新创业教育成为我国高等教育需要探讨的重要课题。个性化创新创业教育是指以个性化教育为实施手段,以培养高素质创新创业人才为目标的人才培养新体系。我国高校创新创业教育发展仍处于起步阶段,存在的问题主要体现在内涵模糊、师资力量匮乏、课程体系不健全3个方面,制约其发展的因素集中在教育资源与手段、教育理念及教育模式3个方面。当前,我国构建众创空间开展创客活动方兴未艾,个性化创新创业教育的实施必须注重以培养校园内部创客文化为核心,以"做中学"为主要路径,以社会化多元评估为抓手,以高质量的师资队伍建设为保障体系。 With the rise of "public entrepreneurship, public innovation", the maker movement has been booming in China, and a collision of passenger movement and the field of education gave birth to the new paradigm of social innovation education maker education. How to effectively carry out the persona- lized innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has become an important subject of higher education in China under the background of maker. Personalized innovation entrepreneurship education refers to a personalized education for the implementation of means, and a new talents cultivation system aiming at cultivating high-quality innovative entrepreneurial talents. The development of university entre- preneurship education in China is still in the initial stage, and the existing problems are mainly embodied in the three aspects of vague connotation and the shortage of qualified teachers, the imperfect curriculum system, and the education resources and means, education idea and education mode are the three aspects of the factors restricting the development. The implementation of maker activities to construct the makerspace in China is still growing, so the implementation of personalized education innovation should focus on the cultivating campus culture as the core, taking the main path of learning from doing, with social diversified assessment as the starting point and the construction of high quality of teachers as the security system.
