摘要
[目的]分析新疆省新源县居民2011年主要恶性肿瘤发病、死亡情况及发病前5位恶性肿瘤疾病负担情况,为新源县肿瘤防治提供基础数据。[方法]对新源县居民2011年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡统计数据进行分析,计算恶性肿瘤的发病率、死亡率、因肿瘤早死所致寿命损失年(YLL)、因肿瘤伤残所致寿命损失年(YLD)和伤残调整寿命年(DALY),评价新源县居民恶性肿瘤的疾病负担。[结果]新源县2011年恶性肿瘤发病率为124.71/10万,中国与世界标化发病率分别为171.62/10万、147.54/10万,死亡率为98.40/10万,中国与世界标化死亡率分别为138.37/10万和120.10/10万;居发病率前5位的恶性肿瘤分别为胃癌、食管癌、女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌、肺癌,死亡率前5位的恶性肿瘤分别为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、女性乳腺癌;新源县居民2011年恶性肿瘤DALY为3748.00个健康寿命年,其中男性2313.30个健康寿命年,女性1434.70个健康寿命年;发病前5位恶性肿瘤的疾病负担主要集中在40岁以上居民,其中60~64岁居民疾病负担最高。[结论]新源县居民恶性肿瘤中胃癌的发病率、死亡率均居首位,恶性肿瘤疾病负担低于全国水平。
[Purpose] To estimate the incidence,mortality of primary malignant tumor and disease burden of the top 5 cancers among residents in Xinyuan county,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re- gion. [Methods] Data on cancer incidence and mortality among residents of Xinyuan county in 2011 were colleeted. Years of life lost(YLL),years lived with disability(YLD) and disability-adjust- ed life years(DALY) were calculated to assess burden of disease. [Results] The cancer incidence rate was 124.71/105 in Xinyuan county. The age-standardized incidence rate of China and world was 171.62 /10s and 147.54 /105 respectively. The cancer mortality rate was 98.40/105. The age- standardized mortality rate of China and world was 138.37/105 and 120.10/105 respectively. The top 5 cancers of the incidence rate were stomach,esophagus,female breast,cervix,and lung,and the top 5 cancers of mortality rate were stomach,lung,liver,esophagus,female breast. The DALY of cancer was 3748.00 years( male 2313.30 years; female 1434.70 years ). Disease burden of the top 5 cancers focused on the residents above 40 years old,in which the disease burden of residents 60 to 64 years old was the highest. [ Conclusion ] Both the incidence rate and mortality rate of gastric cancer are in the first place of all cancers in Xinyuan county. The disease burden of malignant tu- mor is lower than average level of the whole country.
