关于流动人口社会融合的几点争论——在“时间—空间—群体”维度上的探讨

Some Controversial Views about Social Inclusion of the Migrant Population:On the Perspective of Time-Space-Groups

流动人口社会融合是人类社会发展进程中一个不可逆转的趋势。对城市流动人口社会融合理论中有关融合主体异质性与融合趋势之间、自发性融合与建构性融合之间、小群体认同与社会大认同之间、阶段论与多维平行论之间的相关争论进行梳理,探究我国城市流动人口社会融合的形成机制和演化过程。把流动人口社会融合看作是一个在"时间—空间—群体"维度下连续性的社会构建和客观演变过程,有助于我们通过着眼于"人与城市"之间的紧密联系来践行"人的融合"的发展理念,有利于政府在推进新型城镇化的过程中,适时适度地对流动人口群体的社会融合过程进行干预。

Social inclusion of the migrant population in China is an irreversible trend in the process of human social development. This paper attempts to analyze some controversial views of the migrants＇ social inclusion theory on the perspective of ＂time and space＂, so to explore the formation and evolution of the urban migrants＇ social integration process. Those views are mainly about groups, process, identity and stages. The author puts forward the actual connotation of social inclusion on the perspective of time and space. It is considered to be a continuous social construction and an evolutionary process. Under this framework, it is also helpful for us to practice the development philosophy of human＇ s inclusion through focusing on the close relationship of people and city, and reasonably and timely intervene in the practice of social inclusion policies in the process of advancing new urbanization.
