山东省调在线安全稳定分析实用化提升研究

Research on Practical Promotion of Dynamic Security Assessment for Shandong Power Dispatching and Control Center

为应对山东电网日益复杂的运行形势,山东省调着力提升在线安全稳定分析在调控运行全过程的技术支撑作用。基于D5000系统开发了图形化操作和事故触发计算模块,进一步完善在线系统功能,减轻运行分析人员的工作量;同时不断研究将在线分析融入调控运行各业务流程,将系统分析、计划安排和调控运行由传统粗放模式向准实时、精细化方向推进,全方位提升专业水平。最后,通过两个实用化案例证明了在线分析实用化提升研究的有效性。

In response to the increasing complexity of Shandong power grid, Shandong power dispatching and control center insists on improving the application level of dynamic security assessmen t（DSA） in the whole process of regulation and operation.Graphical operation and fault-triggered computation are developed based on D5000 system to enhance the DSA system functions and reduce the workload of operators.Meantime,DSA has been continuously adopted to various aspect of dispatching process,such as system analysis,scheduling and operating,helping the evolution from traditional off-line mode to the quasi-real time and more meticulous mode.Finally,two practical cases show the necessity and significance of DSA application.
