摘要 社会发展对电力可靠性的要求越来越高,过去济南地区配电网停电较多,供电质量有待完善,客户满意度有待提升。通过分析原有分布式能源管理模式弊端,从分布式能源的规划、设计、建设、验收并网、运行管理等各个流程采取措施,实现分布式能源全过程、全透明、可视化管控,变"被动式独立运行"为"主动式智能运行",提升供电质量,提升供电企业品牌社会影响力。 Coming with the development of the society,the requirment for the reliability of the electrical power supply is becoming higher.In the past,more frequent power outageed happens in Ji'nan area.The quality of power supply needs to be improved to satisfy the need of customers.By analyzing the problem of the traditional model of the distributed energy management,improvement are made based on the problem identified within the various processes of distributed energy management such as planning,designing,construction,acceptance and grid operation management.This ensures that the implementation of distributed energy is visibly controlled through the whole process with maximum transparency.Through these actions,the old "passive independent operation" is replaced by the new "active intelligent operation"with enhanced quality of power supply and improved social influence of the power supply enterprise brand.
