摘要
原煤斗堵煤问题是困扰火电机组运行的主要问题之一。为了防止和解决原煤斗堵煤,结合百万机组工程原煤斗的设计优化措施和随动活化料斗这一新型煤斗防堵设施的选型及应用,对活化料斗结构及工作原理进行论述,同时对原煤斗与活化料斗的结合调整以及安装进行了说明。运行实践表明,随动活化料斗的选择是合理的,有效解决了原煤斗堵煤问题,提高了电厂运行的可靠性和经济性。
Coal blockage in the coal bunker is one of the main problems in the operation of thermal power units.In order to prevent and solve the coal blockage in coal bunker,combined with the optimization measures in the design of raw coal bunker and the application of the new anti-blocking facility,namely,the servo activation hopper,in the project of 1 000 MW unit,the structure and working principle of servo activation hopper are discussed.At the same time,the adjustment and installation of the raw coal bunker and activation hopper are described.The operation practice shows that the selection of servo activation hopper is reasonable,the servo activation hopper can effectively solve the problem of coal blockage and improve the reliability and economy of power plant operation.
