灯芯草提取物的体外抑菌效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 以水、70%乙醇、乙酸乙酯和丙酮对灯芯草进行提取,采用药敏纸片法和二倍稀释法测定灯芯草提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和变形杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明,灯芯草茎和根的70%乙醇提取物抑菌效果最佳,其最大抑菌圈直径分别为15.0 mm和19.5 mm.茎和根的70%乙醇提取物对粪肠球菌的MIC均为0.5 g/m L,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC均为0.25 g/m L.灯芯草提取物对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性菌均有抑制作用,且对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和粪肠球菌的抑菌效果较明显;根的提取物比茎的抑菌效果更好. The extracts from Juncus effuses were got in water,70% ethanol,ethyl acetate and acetone,which their antibiotic activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis were assayed by drug sensitive slips method and tube double dilution method. The effective of extracts from Juncus effuses stem and root in 70% ethanol was the best of all, and their bacteriostasis diameter were 15.0 and 19.5 mm,respectively. MIC of extracts of its stem and foot with 70% ethanol to Enterococcus faecalis is 0.5 g/m L;MIC of extracts of its stem and foot with 70% ethanol to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is both 0.25 g/m L. Bacteriostasis effective of extracts of its stem and foot to G^+bacteria and G^-bacteriais obvious, especially to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis;and effective of extracts of its stem was better than its foot.
