用热脱附-GC/MS分析ABS中挥发性有机化合物含量

Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds of ABS by Using Thermal Desorption-GC/MS

建立了热脱附-GC/MS测定ABS树脂中正己烷、苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、十一烷、十四烷、十六烷、乙酸丁酯等12种挥发性有机化合物的检测方法.12种挥发性有机化合物在一定浓度范围内标准曲线线性良好,相关系数均在0.997-0.999之间.检出限在0.9~2.0μg/g(以质量取30 mg计).用该方法检测ABS原材料中挥发性有机化合物,实验结果表明:该方法灵敏度高、操作简单、重复性好、准确可靠,能够满足对ABS原材料有机挥发性的分析要求.

This paper developed a method for determination of TVOC including N-hexane,benzene,toluene,p/mxylene,o-xylene,styrene,ethyl benzene,butyl acetate,eleven alkanes,fourteen alkanes,sixteen alkyl,undecane using thermal desorption-gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The related coeficient of standard curves was 0.997 -0.999,and the detection limit was 0.9-2.0μg/g when sampling weight reached 30 mg.The results showed that this method was more sensitive, easy to operate, and its repeatability was much better and its measurement resuits were more accurate and reliable.Thus,it is suitable for TVOC determination.
