间接供热机组多模式运行技术改造研究

摘要 背压供热相比抽凝供热,可通过提高汽轮机组末级排汽压力,直接利用乏汽加热热网循环水,是一种高效节能的供热方式。但是对纯凝发电和抽凝供热机组进行背压供热改造时,会面临汽轮机低压缸末级叶片颤振、多种运行模式切换、水处理系统树脂高温失效等诸多问题。通过一个实际改造案例中遇到的问题,探讨了相关解决方案,表明了背压供热技术改造是切实可行的,其对能源高效利用和节能减排都有重大意义。 Compared with the steam extraction heat supply,the backpressure heat supply can improve the exhaust pressure at the end stage of the steam turbine.It is a kind of high-efficient and energy-saving heating mode by directly utilizing the exhaust steam heating network circulating water.However,when the backpressure heating and reforming of the pure condensing power generating unit and the pumping unit are carried out, there are many problems including the blade flutter of final stage of the turbine low pressure cylinder, the switching of various modes of operation,the failure of the resin in the water treatment system,etc.In this paper,through actual problems encountered in modification cases ,the author discussed the related solutions which indicate that technical reformation of backpressure heat supply could be put into practice.These measures have significance for efficiently using energy as well as energy saving and emission reduction.
