特高压输电线路带电作业标准化培训体系探究

随着国网公司全球能源互联网战略的持续推进,特高压在能源清洁发展和资源优化配置中的优势日益凸显。国网公司目前已建成投运"六交五直"特高压工程,在建"一交六直"工程。特高压工程广泛建设投运,系统内各单位将面临艰巨的特高压线路运维和检修任务,国网公司需要规范化和标准化的专项技能培训,以对带电作业技术进行广泛推广应用,对相关专业技能人才进行大规模储备。以学院的品牌培训项目"特高压输电线路带电作业专项技能培训"为依托,重点研究和总结了学院在特高压带电作业标准化培训体系打造和实训安全管控方面的成熟经验。

With the continued promotion of the global energy Internet strategy in State Grid Corporation,the advantages of UHV in the development of clean energy and the optimization of resources distribution has become increasingly prominent.The UHV project of Six Alternating-current Transmission Channels and Five Direct Current Transmission Channels has been completed by State Grid Corporation.The One Alternating- current Transmission Channel and Six Direct Current Transmission Channels are under construction.With the extensive construction of UHV projects,the companies wnder the corporation will face arduous tasks of UHV line transportation and maintenance.The State Grid Corporation needs standardized and normalized skill training.As a result,the technics of hot-line work will be widely popularized and applied.The operation technology as well as large-scale reserve for relevant professional talents should be reserved.Relying on the college＇s brand training program ＂Special Skills Training for UHV Transmission Line＂,the paper mainly researches and summarizes the college＇s maturity experience in establishing the standardized training system of UHV and security management.
