摘要
为了使新录用的应届毕业生尽快从"校园生活"融入"社会生活",从"学校人"转为"企业人"的角色转变,以C电厂开展的应届毕业生入职前的培训管理为例,浅谈培训管理经验。C电厂结合现有人力资源和企业发展情况,突破常规的培训管理模式,对新录用的应届毕业生进行为期50天的入职前培训。采取创新的培养方式方法,增强应届毕业生对火电厂设备、工艺、流程的认知,充分利用C电厂现有资源,为企业长远发展储备技能和专业人才。
In order to make the graduates adapt to the change from campus life into social life,the role from a student to an employee as soon as possible, the author takes the induction training management in C power plant as the example to discuss training management experience. C power plant combines the present human resources with enterprise development to break through the conventional training management mode. The new- hired graduates will receive 50-days induction training. By enhancing the graduates' cognition of power plant equipment, technology and process, taking the cultivation of the innovation methods, making full use of existing resources in C power plant, all these will reserve skills and professional talents for long-term development of the enterprise.
