摘要
对铝制铁路罐车罐体环焊缝进行数值仿真时,应用壳-实体单元结合的建模方式对罐体其中一条环焊缝进行有限元建模,针对该模型,基于热弹塑性有限元理论,利用SYSWELD软件对其多道焊应力场进行数值仿真.通过改变焊缝及其附近区域(实体单元)的宽度以及焊缝两侧(壳单元)的长度来观察不同的焊缝尺寸参数对关注部位分布的各向应力峰值的影响.分析表明,合理的环焊缝尺寸参数使仿真计算在保证精度的同时节省了时间.
Aiming at numerical simulation of aluminum ring weld railway tanker body, the modeling methods of shell-solid elements are adopted to establish finite element model of one of the girth weld of tank. Based on the thermal elasticoplastic theory, software SYSWELD is used to simulate the stress field the influence of the numerical simulation parameters of stress peak value of the key parts is observe by changing the width of the weld and nearby areas ( solid elements), the length of both sides of weld ( shell elements). Analysis shows that the reasonable size parameters of the girth weld can ensure the accuracy of simulation calculation while decreased time.
