摘要
针对基坑开挖影响周边环境,周边环境也会对基坑产生影响这一问题,将基坑对建筑物的影响分为3个区域,分析了不同区域内建筑物的高度、基础埋深对地面沉降及围护结构最大水平位移的影响.分析表明:随建筑物层高的增加,地表最大沉降加大,围护结构水平位移增大,但在不同区域影响程度不同;随基础埋深的增加,地表沉降及围护结构水平位移均会减小,不同区域影响程度亦不同.建筑物倾斜方向与天然地面一致,倾角也与天然地面基本一致;地表最大沉降增量与围护结构最大水平位移增量之比随层高增加趋于一致,随埋深增加而减小.
The excavation inevitably affects the surrounding environment, as well, the surrounding environment affects the excavation. Concerning this issue, in this paper, the effect of excavation on buildings is divided into three areas. It analyzes the influence on the ground surface settlement and the maximum lateral displacement of retaining structures by buildings with different heights and buried depths in different areas. It shows that the ground surface settlement and the maximum lateral displacement of retaining structures increase on different levels in different regions with the increase of building' s height or the decrease of buried depth. The tilt direction and the angle of the building is consistent with the ground surface settlement. The ratio of increment of the maximum ground surface settlement and the maximum lateral displacement of retaining structures reduces with the increase of the buried depth.
