摘要
本文针对本校食品科学与工程专业在本科教学水平评估中暴露出的问题与不足,以及评估如何引导未来食品科学与工程专业教育的发展等进行研究,对食品科学与工程专业评估结果展开深入分析,以期为促进本专业的教育改革和教育质量提高提供宝贵经验和理论指导。
This survey was about the problems and shortcomings in the food science and engineering department under the undergraduate education level evaluation and assess how to guide the future development of education. On the basis of assessment results, a deeper analysis was raised to provide valuable experience and theoretical guide for the reform of professional education and enhance the quality of education.
