摘要
利用UG软件建立两级给水泵叶轮的简化模型,将该简化模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,并对该模型进行动力学分析和模态分析。由于普通的叶轮平行布置会使装置产生很大的轴向推力,因此采用叶轮对称布置来解决轴向推力对装置造成的不良影响,并对改进后的叶轮进行模态分析。分析发现,改进后的叶轮布置其各阶固有频率与之前相差不大,其控制方式与控制策略可以沿用,并为后续的进一步改进与分析提供理论基础。
UG software was applied to establish the simplified model of the impeller of a two-stage pump, and then the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench to conduct dynamic and modal analysis. Since common parallel layout of impellers brought about large axial thrust, symmetrical layout of impellers was applied to avoid the negative effects on the device due to the axial thrust. In addition, the modal analysis on the improved impellers was conducted. Analysis results showed the natural frequency of the impellers after layout improvement was close to that before layout improvement, so the control mode and the control strategy could be still in use, which offered theoretical base for further improvement and analysis.
