臂式斗轮堆取料机机载带式输送机制动器选型分析

摘要 臂式斗轮堆取料机机载带式输送机制动器的合理选型对设备的安全稳定运行至关重要。结合堆取料机的作业工况,分析了带式输送机的运行方式和特点,以及制动器在各工况下的不同作用,并据此总结了制动器计算选型方法,并以实例进行了计算说明,为同类产品的设计选型提供理论依据。 The reasonable model selection of the brake for the belt conveyor mounted on the boomed bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is of importance for the safe and stable operation of the stacker reclaimer. In combination with the operation modes of the stacker reclaimer, the paper analyzed the operation mode and features of the belt conveyor as well as the function of the brake in various operation modes. Based on which, the computation and model selection method for the brake was concluded, and example computation was offered, which offered theoretical reference for the design and the model selection of the same product.
