摘要
某铁矿磨矿工艺通过引进立式螺旋搅拌磨机,将原三段"阶段磨矿、阶段选别"工艺流程改造成二段"阶段磨矿、阶段选别"工艺流程,经过一年的实际运行结果表明:采用两段磨矿,产品细度亦可达到要求(-0.045 mm占90%以上);与技改前相比,运行成本每年可节省668万元,降低了47%。本次技改成果可在类似工艺中推广,为企业降本增效。
After introducing the vertical spiral stirring mill, the grinding process in an iron mine was transformed to two-stage flow of stage grinding and stage separation from original three-stage flow of stage grinding and stage separation. Actual operation results for one year showed: the fineness of the product of the two-stage flow reached the requirement(-325 mesh accounted for more than 90%); compared with the operation cost before technical innovation, the operation cost saved 6.68 million RMB per year, which reduced by 47%. The results of the technical innovation could be spread to similar process flow so as to reduce the cost and enhance the benefits of the enterprise.
