摘要
为减少酒钢0~15 mm镜铁矿粉矿中细粒级粉矿含量,改善回转窑磁化焙烧效果,研发了一种多辊分级装置,并用其进行了设备及工艺参数优化试验。试验表明,该多辊分级装置可高效分离出物料中细粒级部分,在同一等级处理量内,随着装置倾角以及物料水分含量的增加,分级效率降低;随着随辊缝尺寸以及分级物料粒度的增加,分级效率提高。在辊面倾角为30°、预分级物料含水量控制在5.40%以内时,可对物料进行有效分离,在一定年处理量条件下可保证分级效率达80%以上;欲对同一物料进行多段分级,则各级装置的辊数应呈一定比例。
In order to reduce the content of fine particles in 0-15 mm fine specularite from JISCO and improve the magnetization roasting effects of rotary kiln, a kind of multi-roll classification device was developed, and the test for the device and the test for process parameter optimization were conducted. The tests showed: the multiroll classification device effectively separated fine particles; at the same throughput level, the classification efficiency decreased with the increase in the obliquity of the device and the moisture content of the material, and the classification efficiency increased with the increase in the roll gap and the material size. At the obliquity of the roll surface being 30?? and the moisture content of the material to be classified within 5.40%, the material was effectively separated, and the classification efficiency reached above 80% at a certain throughput. While the same material was to classify in multi-stage, the number of the rolls according to various stages should be designed as a certain proportion.
