中医分阶段综合治疗脑出血急性期30例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy based on different stages in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage: a report of 30 cases

目的:观察中医分阶段综合治疗脑出血急性期的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑出血急性期患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医分阶段综合治疗,疗程均为2周,比较2组卒中相关量表评分、颅内血肿体积,并评价2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为86.6%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组卒中相关量表评分及颅内血肿体积改善情况与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医分阶段综合治疗脑出血急性期能有效改善神经功能,促进血肿吸收,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapy based on different stages in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received integrated TCM therapy based on different stages in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment. The course of treatment was two weeks for both groups. The stroke scale score, intracranial hematoma volume, and treatment outcome were compared between the two groups. Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group （93.3 % vs 86.6% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. And the treatment group showed significantly more improvements in stroke scale score and intracranial hematoma volume than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, integrated TCM therapy based on different stages can effectively improve neurological function, promote hematoma absorption, and improve treatment outcome.
