经皮椎间孔镜结合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜结合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者62例随机分为治疗组组30例和对照组32例,对照组单用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用身痛逐瘀汤治疗。比较2组综合疗效及VAS、JOA评分。结果:优良率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为78.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组VAS、JOA评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎间孔镜结合身痛逐瘀汤能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰腿痛症状及功能障碍。
