摘要
目的:探讨肠舒颗粒对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠血中血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、肠舒颗粒组、氯化钠注射液组、模型组。采用"精神刺激+饮食失宜+劳倦"方法建立肝郁脾虚型IBS动物模型。模型建立后,空白组、模型组给予正常喂养,肠舒颗粒组与氯化钠注射液组分别给予相应药物灌胃。采用酶联免疫法测定血中VIP、SP水平。结果:模型组VIP、SP水平高于空白组、肠舒颗粒组(P<0.05或P<0.01);肠舒颗粒组与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但与氯化钠注射液组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠舒颗粒通过减少胃肠激素分泌释放而抑制IBS(腹泻型)的肠运动功能,为临床治疗腹泻型IBS提供了实验依据。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Changshu granules on serum levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and substance P(SP) in rats with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)of diarrhea type. Methods:A total of 40 rats were equally and randomly divided into blank group,model group,Changshu granule group ,and control( sodium chloride injection) group. A rat model of IBS with liver depression and spleen deficiency was established by "mental stimulation + improper diet + overstrain". After the establishment of model, the blank group and the model group were given normal feed- ing, while the Changshu granule group and the control group were given Changshu granules and sodium chloride injection, respectively, by gavage. Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine serum VIP and SP levels. Results: The model group had significantly higher serum VIP and SP levels than the blank group and the Changshu granule group (P 〈 0. 05orP 〈0.01 ). There were no significant differences in serum VIP and SP levels between the Changshu granule group and the blank group ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, there were significant differences in serum VIP and SP levels between the Changshu granule group and the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:For rats with IBS of diarrhea type, Changshu granules can inhibit gastrointestinal motility by reducing gastrointestinal hormone levels to provide a reference for the treatment of IBS of diarrhea type.
