天蝎安痫胶囊对小鼠急性癫痫的影响

Effect of Tianxieanxian capsules on acute epilepsy in mice

目的:探讨天蝎安痫胶囊对小鼠急性癫痫的影响。方法:将造模成功的60只小鼠随机分为5组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组、天蝎安痫胶囊小剂量组(0.7g/kg)、天蝎安痫胶囊中剂量组(1.4g/kg)、天蝎安痫胶囊大剂量组(2.8g/kg)及苯妥英钠片组(35mg/kg)。给药组连续灌胃给药7d,每天1次,空白对照组给予等容量净化水。末次给药后进行电刺激,计算各组的惊厥动物数及惊厥百分率。腹腔注射士的宁后记录各组的阵挛潜伏期和死亡潜伏期。结果:天蝎安痫胶囊中、大剂量组及苯妥英钠片组小鼠惊厥动物数和惊厥百分率均低于空白对照组,天蝎安痫胶囊小、中、大剂量组及苯妥英钠片组的阵挛潜伏期和死亡潜伏期明显较空白对照组延长(均P<0.01)。结论:天蝎安痫胶囊可减少电休克致小鼠惊厥动物数,降低惊厥百分率,对士的宁致小鼠惊厥具有抗惊厥作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Tianxieanxian capsules on acute epilepsy in mice. Methods：An acute epilepsy model was established and a total of 60 mice were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups, blank group, low - , middle - , and high - dose Tianxieanxian capsule groups, and phenytoin sodium tablet group, with 12 mice in each group. The mice were treated with corresponding drugs by gavage once every day for 7 consecutive days. The doses of crude drug for the low - , middle -, and high - doseTianxieanxian capsule groups were 0. 7g/kg, 1.4g/kg,and 2.8g/kg,respectively;the dose for the phenytoin sodium tabletgroup was 35mg/kg. The blank group was given an equal volume of purified water by gavage. After the last administration, the number and percentage of mice exhibiting convulsion induced by electrical stimulation in each group were calculated, and the latency periods of seizures and death were observed after intraperitoneal injection of strychnine. Results ：The middle - , and high - doseTianxieanxian capsule groups as well as the phenytoin sodium tabletgroup showed significantly lower number and percentage of mice with convulsion than the blank group;the low - , middle - and high - dose Tianxieanxian capsule groups and the phenytoin sodium tabletgroup showed significantly longer latency periods of seizures and death than the blank group （ all P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Tianxieanxian capsules can reduce the number and percentage of mice with convulsioninduced by electrical shock and act against convulsion induced by st^ychnine.
