超滤法在病毒灭活试验中去除残留消毒剂的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究超滤法在病毒灭活试验中对残留消毒剂的去除效果。方法采用碘量法和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,测定超滤法对病毒灭活实验中含氯消毒剂的去除效果。结果经过2次超滤处理,反应体系中的有效氯含量稀释约200倍,而脊髓灰质炎病毒的回收效率约为77.10%,超滤法能有效去除含氯消毒剂的残留作用。病毒灭活试验中,用有效氯400 mg/L的含氯消毒剂作用10 min,脊髓灰质炎病毒杀灭对数值≥4.00。结论超滤法能有效去除病毒灭活实验中的残留消毒剂,准确评价化学消毒剂对病毒的灭活效果。 Objective To study the efficacy of removing residual disinfectants by ultrafiltration in virus inactivation test.Methods The efficacy of ultrafiltration on the removal of residual chlorine was determined by iodometric method and the suspension quantitative inactivation test. Results The residual chlorine was diluted about 200 times and the recovery efficiency of poliovirus was about 77. 10% after two rounds of ultrafiltration. The method of ultrafiltration showed effective in removal of residual chlorine. The average reduction factor of poliovirus in suspension exposed to chlorine 400 mg/L for 10 min was ≥4. 00. Conclusion The method of ultrafiltration has a value of accurate evaluation of chemical disinfectants in virus inactivation test because of its good efficacy in removal of residual disinfectants.
