一种乳酸素女性护理液的抑菌效果观察

Observation on bacteriostatic effect of a lactic acid bacteria female personal care solution

目的观察一种女性护理液体外抑菌效果,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用定量抑菌试验方法,对一种含乳酸素的女性护理泡沫制剂体外抑菌效果进行观察。结果该女性护理液原液呈弱酸性,p H值为4.5。含乳酸素的该女性护理液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用10 min,抑菌率达到90%以上;对大肠杆菌作用20 min,抑菌率也达到90%以上。结论该女性护理液对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有一定的抑菌效果。

Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect of a female personal care solution and to provide scientific basis for application. Methods Quantitative bacteriostasis experiment was used to test the bacteriostatic effect of the female personal care foam agents. Results The basic solution of the female personal care solutionis was weak acidity with pH 4. 5.The bacteriostasis rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were both above 90% after the interaction between the basic solution of the female personal care solution containing lactein for 10 minutes. And the bacteriostasis rate of Escherichia coli was also above 90% after interaction for 20 minutes. Conclusion This female personal care solution possesses bacteriostatic effect on both gonite and fungus.
