不同空气消毒方法用于野战救护所手术帐篷的效果观察 被引量:4

Observation on disinfection effect of different air disinfection methods in operation tents of field medical aid station

摘要 目的比较移动式紫外线杀菌灯和移动式循环风紫外线空气消毒机对矩五拱Ⅵ型折叠式网架帐篷内空气消毒效果,为野战条件下手术帐篷空气净化方法的选择提供依据。方法采用平板暴露法,对2种不同消毒机的消毒效果进行观察。结果 2种消毒机对帐篷内空气消毒后,菌落数较消毒前明显减少(P<0.05)。紫外线杀菌灯消毒后、消毒后1 h自然菌消亡率分别为65.30%和43.84%;移动式循环风紫外线空气消毒机消毒后、消毒后1 h自然菌消亡率分别为79.82%和58.77%,但2种消毒方法的消毒效果差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。紫外线杀菌灯对帐篷内空气消毒后1~3 h菌落数与消毒前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);移动式循环风紫外线空气消毒机对帐篷内空气消毒后、消毒后1 h菌落数较消毒前减少有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余时段菌落数与消毒前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫外线杀菌灯和移动式循环风紫外线空气消毒机对帐篷内空气均有明显的消毒效果,消毒效果可维持至消毒后1 h。 Objective To compare the air disinfection effect between movable ultraviolet disinfection lamps and movable ultraviolet recirculating air disinfectant machine for folded grid tent,and to provide evidence for air disinfection methods in operation tents under the circumstance of field battle. Methods The disinfection effect was evaluated by plate exposure method in the tent treated with movable ultraviolet sterilization lamps and movable ultraviolet recirculating air disinfectant machine. Results Both methods showed good disinfection effect on air disinfection in folded grid tents. The bacterial colony counts( per medium) was reduced significantly after disinfection( P〈0. 05). The elimination rates of natural bacteria were65. 30% and 43. 84% respectively after disinfection by ultraviolet lamp and after disinfection for 1 h. The elimination rates of natural bacteria were 79. 82% and 58. 77% respectively after disinfection by movable ultraviolet recirculating air disinfection and after disinfection for 1 h. There was no significant difference between those two disinfection methods. Compared with the natural air disinfection,the air bacterial colony counts in tent showed no significant difference after 1 to 3 h by ultraviolet sterilization lamps with before disinfection( P〉0. 05),and the air bacterial colony counts in tent after disinfection by movable ultraviolet recirculating air disinfectant machine for 1 h was reduced significantly( P〈0. 05). But there was no significant difference in the other time( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Both the movable ultraviolet sterilization lamps and the movable ultraviolet recirculating air disinfectant machine applied get the obvious disinfection effectf or air in folded grid tents,and this effect can keep for 1 hour continuously.
