柠条颗粒饲料生产线自动化控制系统的研究

Study on the automatic control system of caragana pellet feed production line

文章在对目前国内柠条颗粒饲料生产线控制系统现状分析的基础上,详细研究生产线控制系统的主要特点与关键技术,根据生产企业的实际情况,提出了生产线自动控制系统的总体方案。该控制系统将工业控制计算机系统与可编程控制器相融合,在整个柠条颗粒饲料加工工艺流程中应用HITECH-ADP组态控制软件作为整个监控界面,并对整体工艺控制与主要设备图形界面进行了设计,实现了通过柠条颗粒饲料生产线控制系统对工艺流程的控制要求。本控制系统具有界面友好、运行稳定、维护方便等优点。

Based on the analysis of tile present situation of domestic production line of earagana pellet feed, this paper did research on the main characteristics and key teehniques of production Fine control system. According to the actual situation of the produetion enterprise, the overall seheme of the auto- matic conlrol system of the produetion line was proposed. This control system combined the industrial control computer system with the programmable controller. During the process of earagana pellet： feed processing, HITECH-ADP configuration control software was used as the entire monitoring interface, and integrated process control and graphical interface for main equipment were designed, which resulted in meeting the enntrol requirements of process flow. The proposed control system has the advantages of friendly interface, stable operation, convenient maintenance and so on.
