摘要
文章总结分析《红楼梦》人物对话中指称第三方时人称视点选择的类型,发现人们在指称第三方时对人称视点是有所选择而不是随意的;对其选择机制,"亲疏原则"和"地位原则"的解释存在着很大的局限性,两原则在某些特定的情况下是自相矛盾的,且《红楼梦》中有许多违反其中一条原则或者不符合两条原则管辖的例证;比上述两原则更具解释力的是人称指示的特征,包括指称的"自我中心性"和指示映射所产生的"语用移情"和"语用离情"。
Based on A Dream of Red Mansions, the present research sums up and analyzes the different types of choices of the third party personal deixis and finds out that the third party personal deixis is picked up on purpose rather than at random and that the principles of power and solidarity fail to provide satisfactory explanations in that the principles contradict each other on some cases and are frequently violated or get out of control on the others. The characteristics of personal deixis, including the egocentricity and deictic mapping such as pragmatic empathy and pragmatic de-empathy, provide better explanations on the pragmatic mechanisms of the choice of the third party personal deixis.
