摘要 500m口径球面射电望远镜(FAST)是国家重大科技基础设施项目,由主动反射面系统、馈源支撑系统、测量与控制系统、接收机与终端系统四大部分构成,其中主动反射面包括主体支承结构、促动器、背架结构和反射面板四部分.FAST反射面主体支承结构由格构柱、圈梁和索网组成,是迄今为止世界上最大的空间结构,具有主动变位和高精度的特点,且地处地形、地貌复杂的山区,设计、建造难度较大.本文从结构体系、索网性能、节点、参数敏感性等方面对主体支承结构设计的关键问题进行了介绍. Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope(FAST)is a national major project of technological infrastructure,which consists of active main reflector system,feed supporting system,measurement and control system,receivers and terminal system.The active main reflector system is composed of its primary supporting structure,actuator,backing structure and reflector panels.The compression ring truss,the latticed columns and the cable net form the primary supporting structure of the active main reflector system,the largest space structure ever been built in the world.The design and construction difficulty of this structure is substantially amplified as it is located in mountainous region with complicated terrain landforms,while requires high-accuracy construction and active dislocations.In this paper,the key issues for the design of primary supporting structure are introduced,including structural system,performance of the cable net,connections,parameter sensitivity,etc.
