摘要
主要介绍某新颖的双贝壳连体类自由曲面网格结构的初步设计方案.方案设计表明,参考自然海贝的纹理特征布置网格可以较好地发挥壳体的力学特点.单层曲面网格结构在屋面附加恒荷载较大,矢跨比1/3情况下依然受稳定性控制.这是由于贝壳类单层自由曲面网格结构曲面外和曲面内刚度差别较大,曲面外的屈曲承载能力往往成为结构设计的主要控制因素.为改善单层自由曲面网格结构的整体和局部空间刚度,体系构成尤为重要,以实现更为安全、经济和合理的空间结构体系.本文针对贝壳类单层曲面网格结构的体系选型、设计方法及力学性能进行了简要讨论.
This paper describes the preliminary design of a new kind of two-piece shell reticulated structure with free surface.The design shows that referring to the texture feature of natural seashells when arranging the grid can bring mechanical characteristics of shells into better performance.Structural design of this single layer lattice roof remains to be controlled by stability,even when the additional dead load large and the rise-to-span ratio is 1∶3.This is due to in-plane and out-of-plane rigidity of the shell structure vary greatly.Out-of-plane buckling often becomes the main controlling factor in structural design.To improve the overall stiffness of the single layer reticulated shells,composition of the system constitution is particularly important,so that safer,more economical and reasonable space structures can be achieved.This paper provides a brief introduction on system selection,design method and mechanical property of the seashell-shaped single layer reticulated shell structure.
