CVVH治疗严重代谢性碱中毒1例

One case of severe metabolic alkalosis treated by CVVH

1病例资料 患者,男,22岁,＂间断腹胀2年,嗜睡、手脚麻木2d＂于2016年10月21日8∶52am来我院就诊。2年前暴饮暴食后出现腹胀,胃镜示十二指肠球部溃疡。今年2月暴食后再次出现腹胀,胃镜示十二指肠球后狭窄,予抑酸、胃管减压。近2天腹胀加重,自行抽出大量胃液,出现精神萎靡、手脚发麻。

Severe metabolic alkalosis is a dangerous acid-base disorder in clinical practice,and how to treat the refractory alkalosis is still a great challenge.Dialysis is an alternative method if the conventional therapy is failed.We do not find the experience from home and abroad about how to implement the dialysis,so we share our experience about treatment of refractory alkalosis by CVVH in this report.
